Better Living Through Chemistry from Johnson & Johnson!

Posted Mon July 3, 2006 11:49 am, by Lynn C. written to Johnson & Johnson

Write a Letter to this Company

I have never been a believer in the "better living through chemistry," attitude of many cosmetic and skin care companies. It seems far-fetched to me that an external application of copper peptides or "bio-silk," will magically make me look sixteen again, so I must admit that my purchase of your Clean & Clear Oxygenated Fizzing Cleanser and Ultra-Light Moisturizer had more to do with prior experience with Clean & Clear products than any belief that my skin required topical oxygen to look healthier.

I have to say these products may have proved me wrong. Maybe oxygen really is what my skin needed to be clear and shine-free but not dry. Whatever the cause, my skin looks noticeably clearer and smoother. I also appreciate the fact that you put such a light and non-greasy sunscreen in the moisturizer, which feels great!

I know that often new products show up and are just as quickly discontinued, so I wanted to let you know how much I like these products. I hope to see them continue as a permanent part of your line!

Great Letter! That fizz sounds well worth the price of admission but
I'd personally expect a buzz to get "better living through chemistry".
I'm joking but....

Seriously, it's nice to see someone happy with a company's product and
letting them know. Your letter is well written and to the point and
gives them feedback they need to keep customers happy AND enticing
others to give it a try by telling them the great results you've
gotten.

by Venice Posted Mon July 3, 2006 @ 2:40 PM

Thanks for the heads up, Lynn! The hotter months require a lighter
moisturizer, and this one sounds very nice, especially with a
non-greasy sunscreen... and a fizzy cleanser sounds like fun! I do
believe I'll try these products.
