I am really upset that no one will help me because of "policy." No one can work with a specific customer and can only quote "bank policy and procedures" to me, not realizing that I have been a VERY good customer with your company.

I do NOT have an account at Juniper Bank nor have I ever had one. I keep getting voice mails and calls from an automated system looking for a person named Antonio Rodriguez.I don't know this person nor have I ever known an Antonio Rodriguez. I incurred a late fee (even though I made the payment on that very day) because I was about 3 hours (central time?) short of making the cut-off, as this was an honest oversight, and I have always made on time payments, Juniper would not remove it as a one time courtesy as they did not care, even asking them twice. My payment date fell on a Sunday (6/7). I submit my payments through my online bill payment through the bank. Processing was delayed because of the Sunday due date. Juniper charged me a late fee of $39.00.
