Juniper bank sucks!!!! How they can charge a customer for a mistak they did makes no Freaking sense. they'll hold your payment that you send it for 7 to 10 buissness days. and when you need it the most they dont tell you that they'll release the funds early; Noooo they raise your credit limit not telling you that this is only a temporary credit increase and once its lowered it's going to put you over the credit limit and start charging you for over the limit fee's. no your get stuck; what to do...

increase my credit line until this gets back to were it should be.

First off, people like you should avoid credit cards like the plague.
If you do not have the wit and wisdom enough to spout off a coherent
rant, how can you be expected to use a credit card?

I seriously could not even understand the point of you trade, I read
it and read it again yet still was scratching my head wondering what
the heck you just said.

Do yourself a favor, cut that card in half, get a checking account and
a debit card and live within your means.

I thought this letter couldn't get any funnier than "You yall suck"
but I was wrong. Thanks for the laugh. I am impressed they gave a bank
account to a first grader, however.

WHAT?!

I have a Juniper card and its pretty much the only one I use. It has a
low interest rate and I have had NO...let me say that again...NO
problems with them AT ALL!

They are a great company so far as I can tell and all my interactions
with them have been easy, friendly and fast.

In fact, my Juniper credit card is currently in my pocket...crying
from so much use this week. LOL!

This is a classic example of a letter written in anger. Do yourself a
favor. Relax, take a nap, and try again.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you want a professional
response, write a professional letter.

"You Yall suck!!!!" Ahhh hahaha!!!

Normally, I refrain from commenting on spelling/grammar mistakes, but
please... this letter is going to juniper bank! Did you even think to
TRY to make it look professional?

I really cant tell if you have a valid complaint or not, because I
really don't know what you are talking about. Thats saying a lot,
considering I work for a bank...

You want them to increase your credit line so to further your cause
you tell them they suck. Nice move Einstein! Way to get them on your
side.

I agree with Calm; it's amazing how many people trash-talk to the
people they're asking for consideration. Do you really think this is
going to make them consider your request/demands?

What a crappy letter. I'd say y'all suck, too.

by calm Posted Fri November 30, 2007 @ 11:12 AM

It's not entirely clear to me what you're complaining about.

But in general it is a bad idea to tell people they suck when you're
asking them to help you out.

If you're writing this in order to get Juniper Bank to look at your
situation, I'd suggest rewriting it and explaining what happened, when
it happened, why it is their mistake, and what they should do to
rectify it. If you just wanted to vent, on the other hand, I would
guess that you achieved your purpose.
