I feel your pain.
What I don't understand is why you think that sending an e-mail through PlanetFeedback is going to override the fact that they've turned you down "several times."
I feel your pain. And I have no idea why they've turned you down. I don't know the formula, what your credit rating is, or even if you have other credit cards or loans.
I have an excellent credit rating, no car loans, and a reasonable mortgage. My household income is a good deal more than your's (not boasting). The limit on my Visa card? $3,500. My point: going just on your household income, $10,000 seems a lot to ask.
Solution? You might want to look at other cards. Some companies might be more willing to take risks. Since you pay off every month (or several times a month), you clearly aren't someone who cares about interest rates. Find a card that'll extend you the $7-$10K you want, but at some astronomical rate. Then, make sure to pay off each month.
You might also consider something like American Express, which has no pre-set limit. Yes, they can always impose a limit on you. But, if you keep up your payments, a $7-$10K charge in a month will be possible.
Especially if this is being used for business. There are some business-specific cards that cater to this exact situation. People who might not have the income, but (since it's used for business purposes), extend additional credit. If you have an employer, see if your company has a company card. If you're self employed, check out one of the smal business cards.
