Information regarding a credit limit increase

I have tried to request a credit limit increase on my Juniper Bank Platinum Mastercard several times over the past year. In the past each time I requested the increase, I was told I would be sent a letter telling me why I was not eligible at that time, but I would be considered for an automatic increase every few months or so. Yesterday night, I called and requested an increase again. The customer service rep. gave me the same unhelpful information so I requested a supervisor. He was absolutely no help what so ever. He was not able to tell me why I have not received an increase in 20 months. He also told me there was no way to do a manual review or speak to anybody else regarding the matter. My account is often paid in full at the end of the month. I have never missed a payment in the 26 months the card has been open and I have often used the full limit and paid it off.
I would either like an increase in my credit limit whether, manual or automatic, or I would like a concrete reason why I have not received an increase so I can take care of the situation and be eligible in the future. I understand that a supervisor in a call center probably doesn't have the ability or knowledge of how to do an account review or manual over-ride, but he should be able to connect me with somebody who can answer my questions and give me the assistance I am requesting.

should ALWAYS be paid in full each month. Despite the tripe that another member of PFB writes about snakes and snake bites, the one and only rule for using a credit card is pay it off in full every month. If you do that, you need not worry about carrying a snake antidote in your pocket.
If you pay your card off regularly, you have an interest free loan and you will (should) be viewed as a better credit risk.
When I call about increasing or decreasing my credit limit, they are more than happy to oblige.
ps If you are maxing out your card frequently, that may be another problem for the CC company.

Sound like you would be a great candidate for always using cash, then you never have to worry about these things. Life would be less stressful!
If you play with the snakes, you will eventually get bit.
