My Dealings with Junipers Credit Department

I thought I would share my dealing with the credit department at Juniper bank. I called this morning and spoke with Ed or Ted (forgive me as I was on a cell phone and his name cut out on me) about the steps I could take to increase my limit on my cards. I have been with Juniper (US Airways and Carnival) since June and these are the two cards I use the most. My other cards have higher interest rates and I would like to BT some time in the future. The gentlemen I talked to was extremely helpful, polite, and professional.

Although it is too early in my relationship with Juniper to recieve a Credit Line Increase, he put me on the right path on what they look for and when to apply for one in the future. The type of service I recieved was absolutely stellar. I have spoken with Michael in the same department as well and he is just as top notch as the person I spoke with today.

Happy Holidays to the folks in the Juniper credit department. You have a customer for life!

Great letter!! I work for a credit card company and it's nice to know
that people out their do care when they receive great service.

It seems that recently all we've received on PFB are outrageous
complaints and it's so nice to see that someone took the time to write
