I was denied credit, and called two times to speak with underwriters regarding my application.

My application number is APP# is 7022896. Not only did I get denied, but 4 inquiried were on my credit report. I called am spoke with someone about reconsidering my application. I asked if you could pull Equifax, since that is my most accurate report. I had some fraudulent situations happen, and Equifax is the CRA that helped me the most. There are still 3 collections showing, and 2 of them are paid. Those were from an emergency room visit. The 3rd is from a fraudulent account. It amazed me that Juniper has such a good reputation with my friends and family. In my opinion, your customer service needs some work. I since then have spoken with Chase and USAA bank, and they both approved me for their cards, with 3000.00 limits and zero percent APR for balance transfers fot the first year. I strongly suggest that you come up with a solution in your reconsideration department. I really wanted to start a banking relationship with Juniper, especially because you offer the US Airways card. I am sorry you felt I was not worthy. Please reconsider this application again, WITHOUT pulling my credit anymore.

Thank you.

How much credit to you need? You were approved for $3K with Chase and
USAA - - and are trying to get additional credit with Juniper,
American Express and Citibank (at a minimum). Too many new accounts
does not look good on your credit report and will cause other lenders
to deny credit until they see how you handle what you already have.
My advice would be to stop applying for credit because at this point -
- no - - you're not "worthy".

Unfortunately, you don't get to pick and choose which credit bureau a
creditor uses. That is their decision. It seems to me that it is
your credit that needs work and not their customer service.

A paid collection can be just as damaging to your credit as a paid
one, depending on the cir=cumstances, and the reason for the
collection isn't of much consequence to the credit card company.

I'm truly sorry to hear that you had difficulties paying some of these
items- It sounds like you had some hard times. But credit card
companies want to know that they are going to be paid back. If you
can't pay your other bills on time, you can't pay them on time,
regardless of what kind of bills they are. That is why ANY collection
is very damaging to your credit score.

If there are truly errors on your Transunion and Experian reports, you
need to get those errors corrected BEFORE applying for credit cards. I
have a feeling this reconsideration request isn't going to get you
very far. However, if they truly DID pull your credit 4 separate times
(I assume you mean multiple hard inquiries from the same credit
reporting agency), you should contact them and demand that they remove
the additional inquiries. If you only applied for credit once, there
shouldx only be ONE hard pull.
