I went through the drive thru line about 11:30 am Dec 24, 2009 in Zebulon, NC. After not getting what I ordered, the boy at the window cursed and threatened me repeatedly. Someone inside the restaurant pulled him away and told him to leave the window.
I do plan on returning to the restaurant after Christmas to see if the boy is still there and discussing this further with him and the manager...

I ordered 5 piece meal for 2, mixed original & grilled chicken. I got all fried chicken & the chicken was very spicy. I visit KFC often & this was either made to be very spice or it was placed in my order by mistake. it is not good. Also, on the menu is a picture of a bowl of corn. I ordered corn as my side & when I got home I found corn on the cob. I cannot eat this. ...

On 30 Oct 2009@11.45am.
We placed the order immediately when reached around 11.45am. After 15 minute, we noticed that no staff attended to our order. I went to check the order status with the Restaurant Branch Manger named Mr. Wan Ahmad. He had treated me impolitely with below conversion:
