We placed the order immediately when reached around 11.45am. After 15 minute, we noticed that no staff attended to our order. I went to check the order status with the Restaurant Branch Manger named Mr. Wan Ahmad. He had treated me impolitely with below conversion:

I live in Noblesville, IN. We drove to the Noblesville KFC last night, only to discover in the drive-thru that this store no longer carries Extra-Crispy chicken. We then drove to the Fishers, IN location which still carries it. The employee informed me that this store will still be carrying it, but the Noblesville store and the Castleton store will no longer carry Extra-Crispy. Correct me if...

I have been going to this particular location for over 5 years. During this time I have continually been disappointed in the service and cleanliness at this location. I have repeatedly filled out the surveys on the receipts and have noticed no change. Last fall I finally received a call from Travis who is an area manager I believe. I went on my lunch break to the KFC on NW. EXPRESSWAY and ROCKWELL in OKC, OK. I ordered a 40 piece hot wing and paid for it. They said it would be approx. a 15min wait.
