"Reimburse you for your trouble"
What trouble, they should be reimbursed for having to put up with your stupid butt.
Learn to write a proper letter. You give no indication on what was ordered and what location you went to. They are not going to take this letter seriously.
Is every place you go to in the wrong? Do you just like to make up a
bunch of crap like Tabitha and Mari to see how much attention you
get?
Seriously, I think every letter you have ever written is bull sh*t
and you need to stop scamming restaurants and other places with your
petty complaints.

You know J H. I really think you are a nice, smart person, you are just pretending to be awful and dumb so your letters can make the top 5.

Okay, fast food isn't even expected to be gotten right... So, go find a real restaraunt where you eat real unprocessed meat and then complain if it is wrong...
You are complaining about what appears to be a soy burger and fries made out of left-overs from the local potato processing facility...

I remember when I was a little kid going to the airport to pick up my grandma. I also remember finding a quarter in a pay phone. I checked every phone in the airport after that hoping to find more quarters, some more than once.
JH has found the first quarter.
Way to abuse the system there buddy.

JH aka snowfreeze, your letters are awful. You provide no context to which the company can respond. This just makes me think either you are 14 and looking for fun or 14 and fishing for freebies.
Like anyone else, companies can't read minds. They need to know where it happened and what happened. What did you order? How did they get it wrong?
When you leave out the details, it only makes it look like you are fishing for freebies.
Grow up and attend a professional writing class.

JH, if you would like to get a response to this letter, it might be helpful if you include detailed information such as which store you were at when the order was made incorrectly, what steps you took to correct the problem, and which employees you dealt with in the course of procuring your meal.
You have every right to make your voice heard, but as a consumer you have to take the initiative to make your message clear.

And yet, you keep going back.
What good is free food going to do you if they keep screwing up your orders?
Quite the gimme pig, aren't you?

You know, it's postings like those of JH (sorry, JH, I agreed with you on the pizza delivery complaint, but you lost me with all the rude responses you posted in follow up) (and Gail, and Mari, etc.) who will hurt the credibility of this site. Too bad it isn't practical to require a sort of peer review.

OK, this was near my school... The only eating location around for a long distance. That is why I returned the second time after they messed up my order. This was ALWAYS done through the drive through, and the order taker seemed like he was the same (American Indian) employee every time. The third time was because I had forgotten about the prior two mess ups and after they messed it up the third time, I remembered the prior two. Their stupid receipt has no managers telephone number and I was in too big of a hurry to go back each time. It just lists some stupid recording that takes surveys and 10 minutes of my (precious) time. I've left a few negative remarks, but from what I can tell, they don't take those survey's seriously. Is that better?
