Very bad experience

I went to get my acct straightened out do to accts on that were not mine. branch manager told me I had to call online banking...called online banking they said the branch manager should have called them. ok so I went to a different one of your branches thought maybe I would get help well 4 people were sitting around doing nothing did look at us but did not offer to help so we left. now mind you i had a former 1st niagara bank acct but they sent us to northwest I never heard of them so I figured Id come to key. well that sure was a dumb ass think to do I have had nothing but bad issues there

Id really like to talk to someone who knows what they are doing I will not come back into any one of your banks There is no professionalism at all I felt like I was interupting their happy hour
