My husband and I went to store 7655 and were looking at freezer's . A young man by the name of Rich Danell-301 helped us. He was a great sales man. He did everything to help us, he even went out of his way. Always had a smile. We didn't buy the freezer yet, but when we do we will buy it from Rich. I wish more of your employee's were like him, then we would like shoping in your store more.

I was shopping in the Kmart located in Edgewater, MD about 2 weeks ago. I had a coupon that stated "Buy an Olay body wash, and get an Olay body lotion free". There was no price limit on the lotion. I bought 2 pair or pants for my girlfriend, they were the wrong size. She went to take them back and they told her that they no longer carry them type of pants and she could not get my money back or a different size.
I would like to get my money back or get the right size of pants for he because it was for the xmas party now she has no pants to wear. Marry Xmas????
