I wish to compliment the valiant effort made by one of your store managers at the Elmwood Shopping Center Kmart, Mr. Hetzel. I was interested in purchasing the Martha Stewart tri-clad 7-piece copper pot set. It was no longer available at this store but Mr. Hetzel went to bat for me and found it at the Houma, LA store about an hour away.

Only in LA would this happen. The store receiving clerk is a roommate of the store manager in the Houma store, and they did an exchange at home and delivered the pot set to the Elmwood store in only a matter of days. Then, to top off the great service, Mr. Hetzel CALLED ME and told me that the pots were in and he held them for me in his office.

I'm just purring like a kitten with these pots and they were on clearance for only $72.80 plus tax.

I'm going to become a cooking instructor for the Cancer Project here in New Orleans to teach cancer survivors how to extend their lives. These pots will be a happy and welcome addition to the classes and my vegetarian cooking at home. Thank you Kmart. I love my pots and I love you!!!!! xoxoxo

Please give Mr. Hetzel a raise and a vacation!

What a nice man! You are wonderful too because you acknowledeged him.
Don't you just love it when things are happy-happy-happy.
I wish you luck in your endeavor with cancer survivors. That takes a
generous heart.

Only problem is that these two guys will probably be fired for
violating K-Mart's anti customer service policy.

See Barbara, this is how a letter should be written: no ranting, no
raving, and no misuse of offensive words. I'm glad it worked out for
you.

Very nice letter, Barbara!

You should print a copy of it out and give it to Mr. Hertzel next time
you're in the store. Just to make sure he knows how you appreciated
his extra effort!

You can give him those x's and o's when you do that too. LOL
