ORDER NIGHTMARE/UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISORS/

LARGE ORDER PLACED IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY THAT INCLUDED A COUPLE BUY ONE GET FREE ITEMS. AFTER A DAY OR SO I CHECKED MY ORDER TO SEE IF IT HAD SHIPPED YET AND SAW THE SOME OF MY ORDER WAS DEEMED OUT OF STOCK SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SAME OLD "NOTHING I CAN BE DONE. ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND HE SAW THE PROBLEM TOO, I WAS BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE ON THE BOGO'S AND OTHER MATTERS. ALL THIS MAY NOT MAKE SINCE TO YOU BUT IT COULD PLEASE CALL ME AT (XXX)XXX-XXXX SO I CAN TRY AND GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION. I AM DISABLED AND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO TYPE MUCH.
THIS NEEDS TO BE DECIDED ONCE I SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
