Expired kcups in keiurig

I shop in your store all the time. I purchased a keurig online last week and picked it up in the store. When I opened it the kcups that were included expired 9/16. There was a packaged on 2/16 sticker on the box

I should get fresh new kcups. If you sell items that have expectation dates on items in the box, you should go thru them and replace the expired items or sell it at a discount. At least if I do not get the fresh kcups I should get a discount on my order.

Larissa V.,

Being off the bean for 24 years I needed to get up to date and did
some research.

Hopefully you will hear back from Keurig but I'm betting they fall
back on their statement:

"The best use by date is a guideline for great tasting fresh coffee as
recommended by the roaster. It is not an expiration date. Keurig
K-cups are packaged in a manner that they will not expire but simply
are not up to industry standards after a certain time period."

Stop back and let us know what they say.
