Kohl's.Com Website Is Beyond Slow and Aggravating!

I've been sitting on your website since 8am trying to check out $400 of clothes. I realize today is a big sale day, but what keeps happening is beyond acceptable.
The website is at a complete crawl. Everytime I try and check out, it hangs for about 15 minutes, then throws me to "Internal Server Error." Over and over. When I finally do make it to the "place order", it tells me the quantity of what I ordered is no longer available, and instead of removing it from my bag, it tells me I have to remove it, thus repeating the agonizingly slow process of checking out.
I have no idea what would solve errors like this - purchase more bandwith?
Also, if an item is no longer available, just take it out of my bag and let me finish checking out!
I'm at the point now of not even bothering to order anything. Certainly other online stores would appreciate a $400 sale.
