I purchased a pair of rain boots from you less than a year ago. Today, I noticed that there was a rip in the seam.
I called, you looked up my records and offered me a replacement pair - you didn't have the color I orginally purchased and informed me that there was no pressure to get another color - that I could get a refund. I chose to get another color.
All you asked me to do is send back the original boots (for quality control) when I receive the new ones and you are paying for that.
I have always liked Land's End - and it's wonderful to see that you stand behind your products. Not only do you stand behind the products, but your customer service representatives were so helpful and nice about this.
