Poor Customer care.

Today at about 3pm I went spent 7.59 gave the man a 20 dollar bill he gave me back 7 dollars and some change. I went out to the truck figured out I was short changed. Went back in he could not find our ticket to know what he put on the transaction. Said he would have to wait till 4 to count his till and see if he was over. My boyfriend then asks for the managers number and the owners number he refuses to give us either. We call district she informs us that the manager will be in the morning to verify if we have a claim. We are out 5 dollars. Even worst the guy gave us a smug look when we came back at 4 to get our money back and was rude. I told Tammy the corporate late and she said she wouldn't do anything about him being rude because she was not there to see it.

I should get an apology and my 5 dollars. The young man should be taught a thing about customer care and not being rude to the people who are the REAL ones paying his wage.

Yes I agree the customer did take poor care in making sure he received
his correct change.

Trudy B.,

While he should not have been rude the time to verify change is right
in front of the person that gave it to you.

I too can not tell if you got the fiver or not.
