Loreal Customer Service Sucks!

I have a complaint about the customer service with one made by L'Oreal USA, Inc., and I hope someone can address it. I'm really furious about this. My specific complaint is about L'Oreal Couleur Experte .

For almost two months now I have been trying to contact Loreal online customer service regarding their new hairlcolor and highlighting kit, L'Oreal Couleur Experte. When I used the color Praline,(a light brown with dark blond highlights), on my light brown hair it turned it a deep burgandy!
I own my own beauty salon so I know how to color hair andthe range a color can change in one coloring. This box of color was a defect of some sort!
I contacted Loreal at the first of June and heard back from them 3 weeks later after that request to contact them. They instructed to me call a cusotmer service representative. If I wanted to communicate by telephone I would have inthe beginning. So I sent them another e mail and did not hear from them until just a couple of days ago! They are still instructing me to communicate by telephone! I sent customer service one last letter, an e mail stating I was very unsatisfied with Loreal and would no longer use their products in my salon or recommend them to my customers. I have not heard back from them.

Frankly, I'm a not surprised because I've been very dissatisfied with L'Oreal USA, Inc. in the past , and I definitely won't recommend you to people I know. It's certain I won't be back as a customer.

I just want my money back for the color kit that I purchased that was defective.
