I was charged $179 to deliver/install a $79 toilet. The delivery was less than 20 miles; the installation took about an hour.
Refund my delivery/installation fee and charge me a reasonable fee for this service.
I am 72 years old, on a fixed income; this is not right to over charge like this.

On Nov. 2 of 2010 I purchased a Pella sliding glass door with blinds encased in door costing $3,500.00. Looking forward to the energy savings credit and savings through the winter as we opted for the extras on the door and glass. Was to be installed within 3 weeks as a millwork employee stated to us at the time of purchase. Now 3 doors later, 3 months later, we still have no door, Feb. 2011....

I ordered 17 Pella Windows from Lowe's located in Augusta, Maine. The project specialist, James Squeglia, came to my home and did the preliminary measurement for the window sizes. Then within a week the installer came to my home and did the final measurements. James gave me a install quote of $101.69 per window. Keep in mind that Lowe's advertises the install cost at $99.00. In any event, I told...
