I have been an avid customer and fan of Lowes since we bought our house. I have usually had EXCELLENT experinces.....until now.
The new website is AWFUL. I cant find anything, it is always haveing issues and it is near impossible to shop multiple stores.

Three years ago I purchased a front loading Bosch washer and dryer from Lowe's in Winchester, VA. At the time I also purchased an extended service plan. I have had to have service on these machines 7 times in the past two years (washer 6,dryer 1).
