Bad Trees At Lowes

Every year I buy a real Christmas tree at Lowe's. And every year I am disappointed when it's wilting a wek later. I am finally going to say something! I bought this tree last week. It WAS the perfect tree! But now, it is all wilty. The guy said it was ready, just take home and put in stand. Make sure to water. Duh! I did what he said ( just like last year and the year before and the year before) and STILL I get a wilty tree a week later. I had better trees when buying from a stranger at a tree stand on the side of the road!
Train people better because obvioulsy they aren't telling me the right things to do. I can't bring the tree back because I would have to undecorate it! And the re-deorate it! If I can get another I would , but I'd rather something be done!

I am like you, I continue to patrionize "chain stores" that provide horrible service, just for the mear fact that they are easily accessible, they have good prices and accept a variety of payment options.
I for one have partionized Walgreens for years and all they have provided to me is sarcastic managers and rude employees. Why do I keep going there? For the reasons that I have stated above and this is the same reason why you go to Lowes year after year!
Well, there comes a point that you just give up, even if it will cost you more money and I belive that you have reached this limit. I doubt that you will buy your tree there next year.
If you want trees for about the same price try home depot. Or even better yet try the places at the side of the road, they are only a liilt bit more though.
I am curious to know what is Lowes response to your complaint. Could you please post it or let us know; although, I doubt they will answer. That is usually the case with the big chain stores!

I didn't think anything could make me laugh today, but your letter is just so silly I couldn't help myself. Thanks, I needed that!

I know it's been said before but, I just have to say it again. Why would someone go back year after year to get a tree they are never happy with. That doesn't sound like something any reasonable person would do. Are you sure your not just trying to get a free tree from Lowes by complaining with a friend's receipt?

Well if you are to lazy to bother undecorating the tree and bringing it back and redecorating it why should you get something. Since yuo had a problem with Lowe's for four years why not get the gree from the stand on the side of the road since they are better. Simple solution. And Christmas is not about having a perfect tree, it's about spending time with your family.

IF you are always disappointed with the quality of tree you buy from Lowe's why in the world do you keep going there? Are they the only place in your town that sells Christmas Trees? You think people would learn, but they just don't seem to.

Are you sawing off the bottom 2-3 inches of the trunk before you put it in your tree stand? This helps the tree soak up water. Why do you keep going to Lowes for your trees if you always have a bad experience?!
