Dissatisfied Loyal Customer

Write a Letter to this Company

Hello, this is a complaint against the Macy's located at 1441 Metropolitan Oval, Bronx NY 10462. I recently visited the store on 3/22/12 between the hours of 6-7pm. I was quite taken back by the conversations amongst three of their employees in the Junior department. Two males and one older female were having discussions about sex and their sexual preferences. This was very loud and ofcourse extremely unprofessional. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the older lady may have been a department manager. I don't mind employees being social with one another due to the tedious work environment, however, there are certain topics NOT up for discussion especially when there are children around. This was very offensive to me as an adult and I could only imagine what the other customers felt.

May I suggest proper training for these employess on customer service and I guess floor etiquette. TY!

you say they need customer service training, yet, you give no
indication that they weren't willing/able to help customers, just that
they were having a rather colorful conversation during a down moment.

If you want to say they should be more discreet out in public, that's
one thing, but it seems unfair to say they are lacking customer
service skills when they haven't done anything wrong.
