You haven't received my Dec. payment. Instead of sending me another bill to which I could have responded, I rec'd a collection call. Never in my 40 years of credit card purchases has this ever happened. I have just faxed the payment information to you, and to cover myself, I sent an additional payment via an electronic transfer.
I use my Macy's card maybe once a year. I won't be using it ever again.
Nothing.
