i shopped macys (cottonwood mall s.l.c.utah)today I had a shirt to return and I gave it to R--- (name on bottom of receipt) which is hardly readable, then I prceded to try some things on and told her I would have her take care of it when I was through and had decided which item I was going to exchange my return for. when I was finished and bought the two items I tried on I left and half way home I realized she did not credit me for the item I had brought back,I turned around and went right back. Well she had gone home and the 2 woman that were there could not find my returned item so they did not want to credit my macys card even though I had the Receipt for it,I was told to look around the store for the item, and trynand find it.so thats what I did which I never found and I was tired and wanted to just have them do what she should have done in the first place,so after 15-20 minutes of phone calls she finally credited my macys card for a mealsy 9.99 and remarked that I would probably find the shirt in a sack in my car,She more or less called me a liar which I do not appreciate, when this was all the stupid clerk(r---) fault. then to really top the day off I got home and removed the 2 items that I purachased from R--- and she had heft one of those safetythings that have to be removed with those special tools....WELL GREAT now I hve to go back there and have that thing taken off....SO would someone PLEASE tell R--- thanks ALOT for her customer service as she has caused me ALOT of back and forth nonsense that I do not need!!!!!

Send R--- to my house on her FREE time and see how she likes to be inconvienced to do what she should have in the first place PAY ATTENTION to what her job is! It is also a good thing I have my receipt or your clerks would probably accuse me of stealing the item that I payed for!!!!! since the well trained clerk forgot to remove th ink ball or whatever you call the_____thing

UGH! This sounds like many small mistakes adding up to a huge
annoying inconvenience.

Hopefully, this will be reviewed with the employees.

Although I do not agree with the language that you use to desribe the
clerk, I realize you are given leniency due to you being the OP.

People cause mistakes, I know I have made many of them of my life.
From what you told me, it does not seem like she did it intentionally.
She might have been newly trained, and doing her best.

I would be upset that the clerk told me I would find it in my car, but
Roya did not say that.

It is apparent that you are upset, and have been inconvenienced and
have been wronged. Im sure she will go to work and be told the awful
story that took place. Maybe try a different approach and be
compassionate to the person, throw her off.

I hope you are being facicious about sending Roya to your house. That
would never happen if she worked for me.

Good Day
