Hello... This is NOT about macys.com, but about an experience I had last month in your Manhasset, NY, store when I was there with my sister. It concerns your policies about using gift cards & although I wrote a letter to someone in the 34th Street store, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. The kiosk you wanted to use the card in is not owned by Macy's, it's owned by a third party which is why you can't use your gift card there. As far as the coupon, it's for charge card holders only.
