 Hand Truck Part

Dear Magcoa,
Recently my husbands hand truck that he uses daily for business had a bad wheel. I went on-line after seeing the words Magcoa on the product but could not identify either by the product info on website nor could I find a model number on the unit itself. I called your customer service and after describing the product with just a few details, the gentleman who answered my call was able to identify the correct part I needed and placed my order then and there over the phone. I was impressed with his expertise of your products and within a few days had my correct part delivered to my home.
I was thrilled that the entire process took only a few minutes of my time but most important I was really confident that i would be getting the right part the first time simply because the gentleman that answered the phone knew exactly what I needed even though I had very little details.
Once again thanks for your superior service.
