Purchased a Maytag Neptune Washer and Drying center in 2006. Heating element on the Dryer (upper portion) quit working, had factory authorized repair completed three times until finally the repairman told me that Maytag did not have the part to repair. When my husband I moved into our new DR Horton home in the Fall of 2005, the kitchen appliances we picked were all top of the line Maytag, and we especially wanted a good (and quiet) dishwasher, so we settled on the MDB7601AWS at the builder's design center.

We own a PAX2300AWW Maytage Proforma and it is TERRIBLE. If you don't stand next to it during the spin cycles, it will jump to the other end of the room and it's barely used.
I put 5 pillow covers in it tonight PILLOW COVERS - and I thought we were having an earthquake in LA. Maytag should make this right, they are a useless product.
