I own a Maytag model MLE2000AYW washer and dryer,I pay for your extended service plan, which uses A&E Factory Service in Ohio to do the repair work. I have been without a workable machine since November 2009.After waiting for visits from techs, waiting for parts and still no workable washer. I have a record of all the work done and parts replaced .I am scheduled for another repair man to show up Sat 1-2-2010

very simple, FIX IT

Good Afternoon Louis:

I have received your complaint regarding A&E Factory Service and would
appreciate the opportunity to research your service order and have a
manager contact you at your convenience. Would you please forward me
your last name and home address so that I may research your service
history. Would you also include a daytime phone number where you can
be reached. You may respond to me at rkehoe@aefactoryservice.com.

Best Regards,
A&E Factory Service

louis d.,
This sure goes against what their TV commericals imply.
Do us readers a favor and update this link as this pans out.
Thanks and good luck.
