I have the Maytag Neptune Gas Drying Center with Upper Drying Cabinet, and it upper element are not working. There is no reason for this to happen so frequnitly. How do I get a new one or refund. I bought the matching set for over 2K

WOW!!! I spent 100 bucks for a used set of washer and dryers with a 1
year parts and labor warranty.

No they do not have a fancy name like "Neptune" and they do not sit on
a pedestal, but they serve the purpose they are intended for, to wash
clothes.

Call me cheap, but I do not have these issues. I can replace the belts
on the old dryers and things like that, easy stuff. The sets I buy are
about 20-25 years old, they do not have temp sensors, they have one
big chrome knob.

The place I buy them from, rebuilds old ones, and warranties them. He
also has recently started repainting them for the customers that are
picky like that. I do not care, so I dont spring for the extras.

Something to reconsider, My wife and I would rather take a nice trip
to Hawaii for $2000 anyday.

Good Day

Do you have the owner's manual? You need to call them for warranty
support or service.

If you want to do the job yourself, there are appliance parts
suppliers on the web. I doubt Maytag will just send you a part for
free.

Tony..you might want to contact admin (greg@planetfeedback.com) and
have him remove your personal information. You should not put
information like that on a public forum.

You don't state how old this unit is and whether or not it's still
under warranty.
