my maytag neptune mah7500aww / 74807963zw washer is giving me error codes and saying my motor is not working. It hasnt been spinnign correctly for a week or so and leaving clothing very wet now it wont work at all it says speed indicator sometime and motor not working other times. IT wont work at all.
I was under the impression the washer motor was warranties for 10 years.

I would like a new motor sent and motor controller and I will have it installed.

Re: maytag neptune 7500 by Donno Posted Sat June 13, 2009 @ 10:42 AM I was under the impression this the kind of situation where you contact the company directly for warranty support. Is there information in your owner's manual on how to do that? I highly doubt they are going to send you parts based on this description. My guess is a trained professional will have to diagnose what parts have failed. It's worth a shot though - they may pop a motor, controller and whatever else they think may help in a box and express deliver it to you.
