wont go into fast spin/class action suit?

I have an MAH4000amw that wont Door Lock and will not go into spin cycle. clothes smell musty. How do I get in on that calss action suit? or get this fixed?

A quick search of the internet revealed

that the class action lawsuit deadline was approximately 3 years ago.
Therefore, if you want this fixed you will have to pay an appliance
repair company to do it for you.

Have you called for repair yet or just going straight to court?

My guess would be you have a snow balls chance in Haiti of getting a
potential defendent in a lawsuit to instruct you on how to initiate
legal proceedings.

I believe the time for the class action suit has long since passed.

I hope that Maytag gets back with you with info on how to sue them.
