PlanetFeedback Assessment
Here is a review of this company provided by PlanetFeedback.

We need to be 100% upfront about McDonalds. Don't hold your breath on getting a response. Since the inception of PlanetFeedback, McDonald's has been very resistant to taking letters from any third party site. This has been a huge sore spot with many consumers, as the McDonald's website is not terrible inviting from a feedback perspective. As you can see from the contact us form, you really have to work to provide feedback, and it's not nearly as inviting or "happy" as McDonald's advertising would suggest. Another turn-off: the company also shuns new ideas or suggestions. This is not uncommon in among fast-food restaurants chains. |

McDonalds double charged me |

On October 13th, 2009, I was doubled charged on my debit card for a $3.89 purchase through the drive-thru. I called McDonald's and left a message to have someone look into this. I told them my bank statement was showing a double charge. Days went by and no one called. I called again, and again I was told the manager would call me back. No one called. After the third call, I did finally get the...

I visited the McDonalds in Kalamazoo on S. Westnedge near Whites Rd. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009.
The drive thru service was so poor it was almost humorous. The gentleman working the second window shoved the food at me, said here you go, and then pointed his finger out the window towards the exit. After this, he gave a quick whistle like you would use to get the attention of a dog.
I called...

I walked into the 2525 Martin Luther King Dr., Chicago location Saturday morning, October 3, 2009. There were a couple of men ahead of me in line, when I reached the cashier she walked away to grab their orders. Eventually, she told a man in a blue shirt to take my order. He followed behind her, poking her in the back, in protest. Finally, he asked to take my order, 2 registers over from the one...

I want to vent to someone about how abysmal the service is at my Mcdonalds in Walmart. It's an embarrassment to say it's actually a Mcdonalds. As soon as you come up some yells hi can I take your order and they are not looking at you so you don't know it's you or the person behind you. Then another person yells what do you want, because they want to hurry and have it made (again no eye contact)....

I visited your drive thru in Lombard IL on Rt 64 (North Ave) and when I got home, my large fries were halfway full and cold, wait time was 10 min, and when asked for ketchup I was greeted with rolled eyes and a sigh. Is is too much to ask for a full carton of large fries? These fries were equivalent to a medium. I am not asking for anything free, just look into the situation.
