Misty was behind the counter and she was great.
She was smiling , friendly , efficient.
She was good with me but her best was when she was so

I've eaten at this store for 25 years while being stationed at fort jackson sc and have always been satisfied until now. Since your location at 98th Street & Quaker Avenue opened in Lubbock, we have visited the drive-thru probably a dozen times. NEVER have I had what I would describe as even FAIR service.

While visiting McDonald's in Killeen, Texas (off of Stan Schueter Loop and CenTex Expressway),with my 4 -yr old grand daughter, we were dining in the play area, when a lady with 3 children also sat down to eat.
