This is about the drive-thru service at the Thorold Stone Road location in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This location is known for constantly making mistakes and not having enough staff on for increased speed of service. It took 35min to get my order in drive-thru. All we got was 4 sundaes, an ice cream cone, and 2 hamburgers. That is BAD! When we pulled up in line with one car behind each of the cars at the speaker (2 speakers)..not bad until it took 15min to get up to the speaker. WOW!!! Then it took another 20min to get down to the last window to pick up our food. 35min....that is really BAD!!! I work at a fast food restaurant, and we never have that long of wait times. If someones order is going to take longer, then we pull them ahead as not to slow down drive-thru.
A number of complaints have been put in to this location and nothing really seems to be done. Everything sucks about that location. Even the inside is dirty because they don't have enough staff on to keep things clean. Head Office needs to make SURPRISE visits to them. They will see that everything is different when they are not expecting you to show up. Also I would like the complaints to be dealt with not just left up to the store to fix....obviously they are not capable of doing that. The other store on Lundys Lane is not much better. You can tell that the owners are related.
