Horrible Customer Service

When I ordered from the McDonald's on 9000 South and 3963 West the other day, not only was the timing ridiculous, but when I finally got my food, I noticed that it was cold. They had given me a cold order that was not mine. I politely asked if I could speak to the manager and the employee replied in a very rude manner and blamed me for their bad customer service. I eventually recieved an apology from the manager along with my order nice and hot. I didn't appreciate the employee being rude to me and I hope to have better service next time.

I would like McDonald's to better train their employees and teach them how to provide good customer service.
