Holding times/Order Accuracy

To Whom It May Concern;

The last couple times that we have gone through the drive-thru, at least one of our meals has come out wrong.
The last time, Tuesday, April 18, 2006, we ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, a McChicken-extra mayo, and a fruit and yogurt parfait.
The berries in the parfait were still frozen, the Quarter Pounder came out slathered in mayo, and the McChicken was obviously one that had been sitting around for awhile.

I used to work at a McDonald's; I know it sometimes gets hectic and mistakes are made. This seems to be consistent at this store, though. Also, the parking lot/drive thru were not exactly full.
I'd appreciate it if management were to look into whether or not the employees are following guidelines and throwing food out when the holding times are up. Portioning is also something that should be looked into, as that quarter pounder had at least 2-3 shots from the mayo gun on it! Not only is that excessive and ruining a sandwich...it's also a waste of the store's money.
Thank you for your time,
Jennie
