I go into the store at 1006 Gallatin Road South in Madison, Tn almost every morning between 7:30 and 8am. I was in the store about two weeks ago to get breakfast and there was a woman named Sonyia, I made it a point to look at her name tag, and she was standing by the cooker that cooks the french fries and she was cursing one of the employee's that works the drive thru window. She actually picked up a grey handled thing from the cooker and held it up at the employee and told her she was a bitch and threatened to hit her with this object. I was appauled to even hear that language being used. I have noticed in the past that this woman seems to enjoy yelling at employee's and she doesnt seem to care if the customers hear it. I went in this morning and she was cursing the same employee, a heavyset woman that works in the drive thru, and I think it is terrible to have someone like that working with other employee's.
Something needs to be done about this person. She has a foul mouth and she threatens employee's in front of customers. I dont really want to do business there anymore because of her and I wouldnt recommend anyone else going in there either if they are going to have to hear that type of language

I was glancing at the screen and saw the title "Not Lovin'..." and thought it said "McLovin."
Superbad, anyone?

for the poor employees who must endure that kind of treatment. They must dread going to work. I wish I could offer this lady a job and treat her great just to help her gain self respect. That manager needs a big wake up from HER manager.

I do not see anything wrong with posting the exact address, name. Some times the DIRECT approach is what is needed to resolve an issue.
I do not go to McDonalds often, but the people behind the counter are professional, but I do see aconflict once in a great while, that's just the way it is in retail/restaurant work

While I can understand why you would be upset with this type of behavior (I would be appalled and outraged) I don't think it's a very good idea to post an exact address of where the employee works and her name.

I agree. I used to go to a McDs in downtown Minneapolis when I worked there, and the employees would actually use the F word in front of customers! I found it incomprehensible that (1) these people were raised thinking it was okay and (2) managers were fine with it.

Although Sonyia is not here to defend herself, I think that type of behavior is highly inappropriate. McDonald's should investigate your accusations to ensure the safety of the employees and the comfort of its customers.
