Disappointed with service and food quality

We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on a rather large order thinking that we were going to be receiving a great batch of fries since it usually takes longer for fresh fries. To our surprise the staff that was working was unfriendly and when we left and looked into our bag we noticed that the fries were soggy and should have been in the throw away bin. They were cold and soggy with no salt. Needless to say we were very disappointed and if the hunger had not consumed us to the point of irritability and we had not already drove off, I would have went back to the restaurant and let them know about it.

I would appreciate the staff making sure that the food they serve would be the food they would pay and consume themselves.
