This is for the store located on Route 4 in Rensselaer NY. It is not uncommon , particularly on a weekend, to go into this store and have to wait in line for 15 minutes, then wait for your food (separate line)for 10-15 minutes. And yet there are so many employees working, walking around, etc, I think that adds to the confusion, hysteria commonly seen at this restaurant. The show needs to be better MANAGED- I would look more to the managers of this place to set some kind of order and direction, so that no one is bumping into each other, but everyone works together and gets the job done. When you see 12-15 employees jumping around like a popcorn machine, yelling at each other and making symapthetic faces at customers- and it STILL taking 20 minutes to get your food here, it really speaks to the lack of appropriate management of this facility. I have often remarked to my wife while here what I would do as manager to "iron things out".

This sounds like a complaint, not a compliment!

With all due respect ... who in their right mind would wait a total of
30 minutes for a burger?? Just drive down the street to the next fast
food place and get something there. Notify McDonald's head office of
the situation if you like and move on.

WOw, that sounds a lot like the McDs by my home! And still you have
to babysit your food and make sure you have the correct order!
