Need repairs to my computer, the store broke the case.

Write a Letter to this Company

I took my computer into the store in Fairfax, VA. Your repair staff damaged the computer in the store, and the store repaired the computer. When I picked it up at the store, it was functional and working properly.

When I got the computer home, the case split, and the computer is not functioning.

I request that Micro Center make all necessary repairs to the cracked case, and get the computer functioning properly again.

We always show the customer their PC in working order and have them
look over the PC before they leave. Then they sign the work order
stating everything is in working order with no visible damage.

This way we are not responsible if something happens on the way home.
Though if something does happen I will normally look at it to see if
something wigged free during the trip home.

Charles M.,

You have to stop back and let us know how this works out.

As I read it everything was functional and working properly when you
picked it up and the problems did not start until you got it home.

I have a hunch how this is going to play out but please stop back and
tell us how it actually goes down.

Good luck.

BillR.
