I had to deal with a support engineer from Microsoft last evening and I was not happy with the outcome(PC Safety Case 1127166072). We tried to install the MS10-008 Cumulative Security Update of ActiveX Kill Bits (978262). I sent my wife to the local Best Buy in Traverse City, MI (I am in AZ) to purchase a specific laptop. After telling the sales person her needs (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher & Excel)they upgraded her to a more expensive Toshiba laptop but neglected to tell her that the software she requested is a limited use version!

I am writing due to problems with your X-box and customer service. A few months back I was playing my X-box 360 and it randomly shut off. I am familiar with game systems; so I went through all the steps to try and fix the problem, but when I turned it on the picture was completely green and then went black. I purchased (d0wnload) Microsoft Offfice 2007 on 9/2/2009. Recently I had a computer crash and lost all programs and data. I have been trying to get another copy at for approximately 3 weeks.
