Hello,

I am writing to express my extreme annoyance and frustration about Hotmail Live web based email by Microsoft. It looks like MS gave "upgrade" to Hotmail just yesterday, and now it is impossible to reply or write a new email in Hotmail while using Google Chrome browser. I understand that MS is not happy that Google is threatening IE's market share, but why me - a regular consumer - should suffer? I love using Chrome, which is faster and nimbler than IE, and will not go back to using IE just for accessing my Hotmail account (all Hotmail functions work when using IE)even if I have to ditch my Hotmail.

Does anyone else have same problem with Hotmail Live?

I would like them to explain why I cannot use reply/write new email functions in my Hotmail while accessing it with Google Chrome and what Microsoft is planning to do about it to fix this problem???

Why should we get caught up in a market battle. I pay $20 a year for hotmail and I cant use it with my preferred browser??? WTF!! Perhaps Microsoft should concentrate more on making better products that CAN COMPETE, then we wouldnt be in this mess... Incredibly frustrating!! FYI: this is a good example of how the big boys have complete control over us.. Sorry to be such a conspiracy theorist, but look whats happening!! I was in the middle of composing a lengthy email when they upgraded. There was no advance notice or warning. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have lost the entire thing. I also use Firefox and Gmail, but I do not know what Google Chrome is. I am not having a problem using the upgraded Hotmail with Firefox. Reply
