I have purchased a windows Vista upgrade online and it will not complete the install. When I try to get help with this matter I get the run around from tech support from Microsoft and Anytime Upgrade Store customer service. Both tell me to contact the other. Software upgrade from Vista Basic to Vista premium cost me $84.53 plus $7.49 for upgrade disc and to date has been a ripoff. Purchase made on 1/19/08. Will never trust Microsoft again!

Refund money for worthless software.

Why are you upgrading from Vista Basic to Premium?

I ask this because if you have a machine that had Basic installed,
it's quite possible that it's not up to spec to run Home Premium.

Of course, MS tech support should have asked you for your specs and
told you that, if that was the case.
