Customer Service is Terrible

I live in an MAA apartment community, Park Place Apartments. I'm having trouble with my cable service repairs thorough the apartment complex as well as pest control issues here. I pay a monthly fee for both, and Park Place has not reached out to help me. They have a bulk charter communications account which we are forced to pay whether you use the service or not and they are not working with charter communications to get a wiring problem within their own property fixed. I also have a pest problem and pets so Im told me and my pets have to be out of the house for at least an hour. Pest control, so Park Place says only comes on Thursday afternoons, no specific time and I work secon shift from 2pm to 11pm Monday through Friday, since I work those hours they pretty much said screw you that tou're stuck with the problem instead of trying to find an alternate resolution. I pay for these services, pest control EVERY MONTH ON TIME and they are not willing to help me. I have only lives here for 7 months and plan on moving as soon as my lease is up. In the seven months I've been here out of the eight apartments that share my building 4 apartments have been vacated, leaves you wondering... Well not me I can see why people do not stay here and pay the ridiculous rent for the apartment and services we receive. I hope this letter finds the right person because I could really use some resolve otherwise it's just my way of saying DO NOT CONSIDER PARK PLACE APARTMENTS IN SPARTANBURG SC as your new home.D
