When is mypoints going to offer more competitive rewards?

I used to place most of my Office Depot orders through mypoints.com, but the hassles of getting points credited, the long pending points periods and the fact that it often takes mypoints 2-8 weeks to issue a reward has really reduced the value of the points.

Consider that if I place a $400 order at Office Depot, I will eventually get 4000 points, which is not even enough for a $25.00 Visa gift card.

If I order through Microsoft's Bing Cashback, I get a 7% rebate, which is worth $28.00, and this can be paid to me directly in cash to my bank account or via Amazon Payments.

Plus Mypoints is getting more and more negative reviews for suspending accounts when they have large point balances in order to avoid paying out rewards.
