Change in product quality and consistency

Your quality control has gone to the dogs. No salt on crackers for the last 2 boxes purchased and the crackers are now so thin it is almost impossible to spread anything on the cracker without it breaking. I don't know who is responsible but they should be fired. I have been a quality control manager for over 25 years and this is a mistake that will cost you customer confidence and be quickly followed by loss of your customer base. Please fix it , Please.
Hire a new quality control manager or institute a better written procedure to assure this doesn't become the norm.
