Crushed Premium Fat Free Saltines

Premium fat free crackers are a mainstay in my diet. for the past two months the boxes i've purchased at a walmart (Signal Mtn Rd, Chattanooga, TN) exclusively, all four sleeves of crackers are crushed. perhaps 1/3 of the crackers are whole. Pretty irratating and disgusting when trying to apply peanut butter. Unless using for a busted cracker situation, these are unacceptable. I buy probably three boxes a month. Besides the point they are more expensive than three or four measly months ago. i have been a Premiums fan since way before varieties, i.e. fat free, salt free, grain, etc. Very disappointed and puzzled. Are all shipments to this WM location like this? Seems like it to me.

i'll keep trying for a while anyway.
thanks for your consideration.
Kay, Chattanooga, TN

Free coupons for replacement packages, hopefully not busted, would be appropriate and appreciated.

Nabisco should market these as "precrushed" for chili and soup! ;)

marta Kay H.,
This is all good feedback.
However, a certain amount if not most of what is shipped to local
WalMart stores from their regional distribution centers is shipped via
their owned and operated trucks with their staff at the wheel though I
am sure there are some exceptions.
In addition to sharing this feedback with Nabisco I would also share a
hard copy letter with WalMart and also post one at WalMart.com just to
cover your bases.
Stop back and let us know what and how you hear back.
Thanks.
BillR.
