Nabisco Premium Saltines Should Not Be Broken and Stale

I recently purchased a box of the new Toasted Onion variety of Premium Saltines. The box was in perfect condition, but the sleeves inside were not sealed, and the crackers were all broken.

Nothing could be spread on the crackers because they were not in one piece, and since the individual sleeves were not properly sealed, the crackers were a bit stale.

The new Toasted Onion flavor is delicious, and I would definitely buy them again. I suggest, however, that you improve the quality control of your packaging so that these crackers can be used and enjoyed as they were meant to be.

I always though that the cheese ones seemed a lit odd. Why?
