Not a good product...lately..

The "Limited Edition Strawberry Milkshake Oreo's" are not up to par AT ALL. I am an avid oreo fanatic and was extremely dissapointed when I tasted the Strawberry Milkshake Oreos. THey are far too sweet and have to much filling. If Nabisco is running out of ideas for thier products then they should consider using less sugar in the filling. Most of their ideas are well implemented but go overboard and end up making their new product a failure.
If you need any new ideas we have a current project that may work in your favor. Nabisco should make cinnamon flavored cookie with vanilla filling. Its similar to the golden edition of oreos but adds a new twist. I think these would sell well as long as they dont make the vanilla filling too rich. Thank you for your time!

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE OREO's ARE THE BEST!!!!
I may be that one in a million that think so but my entire offie loves them!!!! As far as them being too sweet? ALL OREOs are sweet, especially when they drown them in chocolate! Everyone's palate is different but these Oreo's are delicious! I hope they keep these on the shelf but I must agree, the original is a classic and can't be out done, even though the strawberry is a winner to me.

My colleagues and I have been working in the lab on a strawberry rhubarb oreo prototype. I think Nabisco should try marketing it. We package it in stick form, to emulate rhubarb. Thanks for listening, and I hope we hear from you!

I'm sorry, I'm an OREO purist. The only change I somewhat was willing to tolerate was the "double stuff" idea. I'm the same way with sodas that add coffee or other flavors to the original and call them "Fusion drinks" or "Limited Edition".
But that dosen't mean others shouldn't have the right to enjoy new things and who am I to rain on someone else's parade?

Never tried the Milkshake Oreos, never want to. We don't have a lot of junk food/sweet stuff in our house on a regular basis, but when we do have a box of cookies, I'd like them to just be the plain old Oreos that you can dunk in milk. Tried the Snowball Oreos (or whatever they're called) once, and I just didn't like them. Not good for dipping, either.
But just because you don't like them, doesn't mean no one else will. They wouldn't have been made if there wasn't some kind of a demand for them.
My suggestion? Don't buy them. Get some Golden Oreos and sprinkle some cinnamon on them.

Unfortunately, Nabisco does not accept unsolicited suggestions for products.
It's a fine line between feedback ("use less sugar") and giving an actual product idea ("cinnamon flavored cookie").

Interesting idea on the cinnamon. I havent tried the strawberry ones, saw them last week though. My FAV is the mint. I don't care much for the golden ones, too plain. Then there are the chocolate covered mint ones which are like the original girl scout mints from the early 70's. Now THOSE are yummy.

The last time I bought Oreos, I couldn't help notice that there are so many new varieties now. I wish Nabisco would just come out with new cookies instead of messing with a classic. There is only one Oreo.
