What happened to Nabisco Premium Saltines?

Every week we buy 1 box of original Premuim sSaltines, for the past few months there has been NO salt on the crackers. The box says original but inside the carckers are definatley NO salt.

Am I the only one who needs my salt fix or have you had other complaints? Is it a packaging problem or a baking problem? Are Premium Saltines going to reamin this way? Should I look for a substitute?

Tell me if you can correct this problem or tell me to find another cracker

I hope you called the 800 number on the box. I have had various and
sundry problems with crackers from Nabisco over the years and they
have always been most cooperative and friendly. They have always sent
a replacement coupon if the crackers had not met my expectation.

As my fellow astute PFB members (associates) pointed out, some Premium
crackers are unsalted. However, if they are "Original" they are the
salted ones.

The unsalted ones have the word "Unsalted" above Premium. The salted
ones have the word "Original" in that same place.

Is there an 800# on the box? I would call and complain. Those 800#'s
are a great way to give feedback on substandard food products.

What color is the word "premium"?

Dark Blue = original
Greenish + unsalted top

Okay, don't knock me over the head for asking, but are you sure they
are not the ones with unsalted tops? Otherwise, I can't imagine
what's going on.

If you get an answer from Nabisco, please post it here. I'm really
curious if they respond to letters.
