Refinance My Mortgage

I have called them (4 TIMES) to refinance my loan using "Harp 2.0" program and can never get a knowledgeable loan officer to help me with my refinance...
I am very furious at the waste of time every time I call the service center...it is nearly 45 min. every single time with no help!!!
I would like a SUPERVISOR or Manager to contact me and help me refinance my loan ASAP!!!
