I want my game back!

Posted Tue October 10, 2006 1:47 pm, by Patti D. written to NetFlix.com

Write a Letter to this Company

I inadvertently sent an Xbox game disc in one of the envelopes along with the move that was supposed to returned. I have emailed "customer service", stuck notes in other returned movies and didn't get any response. I finally found an 800# to call and got the through all the press this number for this; got a "supervisor" that was so condescending! She told me that any thing that isn't a move gets thrown away, and that don't have a way to mail it back?? C'mon! You can mail my movies and sure make sure I pay automatically taking it out of an account!

I want the game replaced, if indeed it was "thrown away".

Okay. Let me make sure I have this straight.

You accidentally sent an x-box disc back with one of your net-flix
returns. Therefore, you expect Netflix, a company that probably
receives *thousands* of returns a day, to find this disc and get it
back to you.

Do I have this right? Please tell me I don't.

It's beyond ridiculous to expect a company of this size to go
searching for the disc that *you* sent them, by mistake.

Yes.You.Mistake.

Then you have the nerve to ask them to replace the game if they can't
find it or it was thrown away?

Um, no. Sorry. Again, your mistake. Accept some responsibility here,
my friend.
